Extremely convenient and quiet little hotel with an outdoor restaurant and amazingly attentive staff. Lots of options, good food. Ideal location on the waterfront, great value and a nice size rooms. And just next door to the golf course, Sotano restaurant downstairs and green point park and stadium. Great choice for trip.

The double room had everything we needed, like an iron and towels. the facilities were all in good working order. Having a coffee maker and kettle was a nice touch ☕. the location was amazing, right across from the tourist bus stop.

The view over Greenpoint park, golf course and stadium on one side, and Mouille point promenade on the other side was gorgeous. The location is ideal, walking distance to Greenpoint stadium, 5 minutes drive to Victoria & Alfred Waterfron.

I was not impressed with the parking area and rear exit of the hotel, I got the impression that the hotel was cleaned up and upgraded at the front, but at the back they did not do much.
